Introducing Merch That Matters: Wear Your Values, Support Free Resources
I’m so excited to share something new with you—Merch That Matters, a collection of apparel designed for changemakers, community-builders, and nonprofit pros who are out there doing the real work every day.
And let me tell ya, this project is personal. 🥹
When I founded All Bikes Welcome in 2019, I had very little guidance on how to start a brand-new nonprofit—especially one fueled by a grassroots movement. I searched everywhere for advice, only to find that most resources were written for large, well-established organizations like community centers, churches, shelters, food pantries, etc.
But what about those of us just trying to get something off the ground with heart, hustle, and a vision for change?
That experience shaped everything I do now through Beckie Irvin Consulting & Research, LLC. I’ve made it my mission to offer the kind of clear, approachable, and digestible guidance I so desperately needed back then.
Each week, I spend hours researching, writing, and editing the free content you find on my website—because I truly believe that grassroots nonprofit leaders deserve real support, not vague advice or corporate jargon.
I genuinely love this work—and I have no plans of slowing down. I want to be the mentor I always needed, provide the advice I once searched for endlessly, and cheer on those who are building change from the ground up. Because this sector needs more support. And we need more people like you.
That’s where Merch That Matters comes in.
Every purchase from the shop helps fund the free resources and content I share with nonprofit professionals around the country. You get a super soft, stylish t-shirt or sweatshirt—and at the same time, you’re helping keep this work accessible to founders who are just getting started, leaders wearing multiple hats, and small-but-mighty teams trying to do big things.
The designs in this collection are rooted in values. They’re reminders that nonprofit pros deserve living wages, dignity, and meaningful infrastructure—not just applause and burnout.
So whether you’re a founder, a board member, a program coordinator, or a passionate advocate—this collection is for you.
Browse the shop, wear your values, and help fund the kind of guidance our sector truly needs.
Thanks for being here. I’m honored to do this work alongside you.
💛
