Rock climbing taught me to face my fears. Cycling taught me endurance. Running taught me that pain can be a good thing. Backpacking taught me that I can always get better, and whitewater kayaking taught me to stay humble.

I live this, and I built my career here.

Masters degree in Recreation and Sport Management. Founded Grit MTB Festival on the back of original graduate research. Built All Bikes Welcome 501(c)(3) from a grant idea into a fully staffed org. Secured $2M in grants and contributed revenue for nonprofits. Two 100-mile gravel finishes. A month living out of a Jeep splitting days between trail riding and client work.
