Grassroots organizations that finished Build Your AI Grant Team and need applications actually submitted, not more instruction.
How it works
This is not a class. Every session is live hot seats. You bring the grant you are working on right now, put it on the screen, and we work it in front of the group.
You name your submission number in Session One. It's tracked publicly for 90 days.
What's included
Six 90-minute live hot seat sessions, two per month
Two guaranteed hot seats per organization, additional seats by request as the rotation allows
Live application workshops: narrative, budget, evaluation, whatever is blocking you
Group coaching. Watching other people get coached is just as helpful as getting coached yourself.

Sessions are live. Attendance is not required to stay enrolled, but the work is.
Seats
Six organizations. That's it.
Capped at 6 organizations so the hot seat rotation holds. One seat covers up to two people from the same organization.
Enrollment closes September 5, 2026, or when the seats are filled.

One payment. Full access to all six sessions and every recording.
Payment plan
3 × $349
$349 today, then $349 in each of the next two months. All three payments are owed in full regardless of participation.
Ask your funder to pay for it
You may not have to pay for this yourself.
Most grassroots organizations can cover this with capacity-building dollars from a funder they already have. Send this:
"We're investing in a 90-day program to build our grant pipeline and submission systems ahead of year-end. The cost is $997. This is capacity-building work that directly increases our ability to bring in restricted and general operating support. Would you consider covering this, or directing us to a capacity-building fund we can apply to?"
Policies
Enrollment is final
No refunds, in full or in part, for any reason, at any point after payment. This includes non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, staff turnover, and organizational changes.
No performance guarantee
No guarantee is made regarding grants awarded, dollars raised, or funder decisions of any kind. Submissions depend on your work and your capacity. Awards depend on funders, and no one controls that.
Session scheduling
Session dates are fixed and published above. Individual sessions cannot be rescheduled or made up. Recordings are provided for every session and are your makeup path.
If a session is canceled by us
Any session canceled on our end is rescheduled within seven days and communicated in writing.
Payment plans
All three payments are owed in full regardless of participation. A missed payment suspends access until it is cured.
Seat transfers
A seat may be transferred to another staff member at the same organization at any time, in writing. Seats cannot be transferred to another organization or resold.
